Rachel Haas

Rachel Haas works to develop and implement Uber's global women's safety strategy including building, scaling, and optimizing gender-based violence prevention initiatives, campaigns, and partnerships. Prior to joining Uber, Rachel spent six years at NO MORE, a global non-profit focused on ending domestic violence and sexual assault, where she served as the Managing Director and served as driving force behind the strategy and execution of NO MORE’s brand, messaging and campaigns across diverse, international audiences. Having joined only two weeks after NO MORE's inception, Rachel played an integral role in helping NO MORE become the most recognizable public awareness campaign on domestic violence and sexual assault in history and bringing together the largest coalition of nonprofits, corporations, government agencies, and individuals working in the space.
She is a member of the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers Community where she was selected to co-chair the Equity and Inclusion Steering Committee and serve as a delegate at the Forum's 2019 Annual Meeting in Davos, Switzerland. She holds a B.A. in Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies from Washington University in St. Louis.
