Nic is a Senior Strategist at FCB Inferno, where she has worked on two of the agency’s most awarded campaigns; Sport England’s ‘This Girl Can’ and ‘The Alphabet of Illiteracy’, for Project Literacy.
Although always a planner at heart, Nic began her career in account management, working across a wide range of brands including MasterCard, L’Oreal, the NSPCC and the Government’s teacher recruitment campaign.
In 2014 she successfully swapped timing plans for venn diagrams, securing her spot on the Sport England pitch as a Strategist. The resulting campaign – This Girl Can – has picked up over 40 awards, including a D&AD White Pencil, D&AD Impact Pencil, Cannes Glass Lion and the Cannes UN Grand Prix for Good. In October 2015, Nic became the youngest planner to win the APG Creative Strategy Grand Prix.
During her second year in planning, Nic worked on The Alphabet of Illiteracy, a campaign that went on to pick up a D&AD Wood Pencil and Cannes Health Grand Prix. More importantly - since the launch of the campaign - Project Literacy has been asked to join the UNESCO Global Alliance for Literacy, the panel advising on global illiteracy.
When not working Nic can mostly be found training for the London marathon and enjoying East London restaurants; though she recognises that one doesn’t necessarily help the other.
