Born in 1980, Ayşe Aydın has been working in the advertising industry for 16 years.
She worked in dda, ddb&co, Rafineri and Medina Turgul DD as a copywriter, then she
promoted as head of the creative group in Medina Turgul DDB.
In February 2014, she started working in Y&R Team Red as Creative Director. As of March
2016, she was promoted to VMLY&R and VMLY&R Team Red’s Executive Creative Director.
She worked for various brands including Akbank, Hürriyet, Arcelik, Bein Media Group,
Burger King, Migros, Opel, Volkswagen, Siemens, SEK, Unilever and Vodafone within this
period.
Ayşe Aydın continued her career as the Chief Creative Officer at Publicis Groupe Turkey in
October 2020. She has been responsible for the creative processes and teams of all creative
agencies (Leo Burnett, Publicis Emil, Publicis Istanbul, Saatchi & Saatchi Istanbul, Voden)
within the group. Within her current role, she aims to meet the needs of customers at every
point; to benefit with different ideas specific to each channel and to underline the big idea
when necessary.
