Jim began his career at Fallon London working side by side with some of the best creative teams in the industry. It was here that he developed an understanding of the power of good ideas executed with confidence.
His yearning to be behind the camera quickly blossomed, and his tenacity led him to the International Film School in Boston.
Following graduation, Jim returned to London and joined MJZ where he spent five years developing a diverse body of work collaborating with brands such as Nike, HSBC, McDonald’s, and Tesco.
He then joined Outsider in May 2015, where his reel has gone from strength to strength showcasing an eclectic spectrum of work which ranges from hard hitting, yet humourous work - such as his spot for Scope - to popularist ads for Just Eat which includes a few million online views to it’s campaign success.
Jim’s versatility of talent is a testament to his personality, and his work embodies a strong photographic eye for visual storytelling alongside a subtle wit. His ability to get the absolute best from his cast lends itself to a wide variety of comedy performance work, and this diversity is clearly seen in the expanse of films he has directed.
