Joyce is a senior creative at Ogilvy UK. She's the former President of SheSays London, a non-profit with over 77.000 members worldwide that help women get into more senior roles in the creative industries, through workshops, events and their Who's Your Momma mentorship scheme.
She lobbies people to anonymously spam their CEOs for Equal Parental leave through her website equalparentalleave.com. She hosts a yearly speedbookcrit night, where she blackmails and bribes her industry friends with alcohol to look at the portfolios of juniors to get more women into the industry.
She's a mentor for several organisations including D&AD, and over the past 10 years has been working with and without her creative partner Helena Olsson at agencies like Dark Horses, The Brooklyn Brothers Y&R, Grey, Wieden+Kennedy & JWT.
But most notably she's allergic to fruit and can't sing.
