Lou’s career is built on a foundation of creative direction, branding, and design across diverse sectors and channels. She has a talent for delivering bold, high-impact creative work while fostering trusted client relationships and cultivating inclusive, energised studio cultures.
She’s a collaborative leader who inspires her teams to push boundaries while remaining attuned to client needs. Lou is also a passionate mentor and advocate for emerging talent and has mentored MA students at Ravensbourne University London and previously participated in D&AD New Blood.
Lou has partnered with global brands like Canon, Intel, Vodafone, Allianz, and Shangri-La Hotels, as well as organisations like Oxford University Press, Adriatic Luxury Hotels, and the International Chamber of Shipping.
Lou is Executive Creative Director at Phoenix Studios, a boutique brand consultancy built on deep brand expertise, blending fresh thinking with decades of experience. Prior to this, she was Creative Director at Superunion and subsequently Design Bridge and Partners, following a two-decade career within WPP’s branding and design group.
