An industry typically attributed with noise and mindless consumerism, Advertising is at last entering a period of great change. Deeper, slower and more considered thought must be championed above the once lauded assets of punny one-liners, and new focus must be placed on diversity of thought and representation of ideas — even from non-traditional 'creatives'!
I look for ideas that are brave enough to speak soft, think quietly and consider slowly. The future lies in work that’s not just 'brilliant' or catchy, but that pauses to solve meaningful problems and create real value. I believe as creative people, it’s our first and foremost responsibility to stop and ask — ...Why?
