I am one of the founding Brandwatch team, joining in 2005. I spent the early years working on the first app designs and establishing the Brandwatch brand then as the company grew, building design teams to deliver on the commercial and product design goals.
I am passionate about making design core to the business, using it to differentiate and build a culture conducive to innovation. I sit on two external boards, Brighton Innovation Board and Brighton Digital Festival Board.
My aspiration is to create an environment within which the teams can find their wings and do their best work. Help balance the freedom and flexibility needed to foster creativity and deliver on strategic and business goals.
