19 years of experience. ‘The Drum’ magazine placed him on the list of 200 best creative directors in the world. In the top 30 Executive Creative Directors in the world according to the One Show 2021 rankings. Maciej is also the chairman of the largest Polish creativity club – KTR and a member of the management board of SAR, the Association of Advertising Agencies in Poland. Runs the creative department at Ogilvy Warsaw, one of the top awarded Polish agencies.

Maciej and the Ogilvy Warsaw team created “To The Last Tree Standing”, the Greenpeace campaign which helped to save the largest primeval forest in Europe – thanks to its 1:1 scale copy built in Minecraft. It’s one of the most awarded campaigns in the history of Cannes Lions.

Maciej was also the leader of another Ogilvy Warsaw project- LEGO "Green Instructions", which won the only 2 Lions for Poland in 2021 and Graphite Pencil for Impact at D&AD. It was also awarded the very unique award - Green Pencil at One Show.

In 2022, Maciej and his team created "Buy My Cancer" project (for Alivia Cancer Foundation). A unique NFT series made using real living cancer cells, to fund treatment for those suffering from these cancers.

Over 200 awards for creativity and effectiveness. Maciej has experience in working with clients such as: Milka, LEGO, nju mobile, Barbie, Reebok, Bahlsen, Philips, Decathlon, Allegro, Żabka, McDonalds, T-Mobile, Samsung, Danone and many more.
