As Creative Director for Google, Matthew leads an innovation think tank to build unique brand experiences for Google's largest clients alongside creative agency partners. At Google, he aims to humanize digital insights and emerging technology to create meaningful connections with users.
Consistently awarded as an Art Director, Writer and CD, Matt’s work has been recognized with Best In Show’s, Campaign of the Year, Campaign Brief’s Ads of the Decade, ADC’s Technical Innovation Award, a Designism Cube for work that drives social/political change and ranked one of the Top 10 Most Awarded Art Directors in the world by Advertising Age.
Additionally, Matt has been invited to judge at prestigious award shows across multiple categories, including Branded Content & Entertainment, Cyber, Mobile and Promo & Activation. He is a regular speaker and gives invited talks enabling new forms of brand expression and engagement. Passionate about Digital Innovation, Matt is striving to create products that have a positive and lasting effect on society, enhancing people’s lives.
Prior to joining Google, Matt’s career took him around the world with extensive experience in the Americas, EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions building brands and creating useful and delightful user experiences.
