I am a super curious individual with a passion for innovative thinking. I have over 15 years in product development and innovation. Before joining the Innovation team at Nationwide I led Innovation projects for Weight Watchers and prior to that I developed new product concepts for the Sanctuary Spa, The Body Shop and Boots.

I seek to understand what motivates others, why they do what they do and how they make their product and service choices. I love working with super creative individuals who find really interesting and unique ways to connect with people.
