His expertise lies in creating branded environments that deliver engaging, memorable retail experiences. Having lived in London, Sydney & Singapore, over the past 25 years his clients have included Dell, Lexus, Proctor & Gamble, Apple, DFS & Harrods. He now directs the creative output for one of North America's leading design firms on the West Coast of North America & Asia Pacific. James is a member of the Retail Design Institute's International Board of Directors and currently serves the Institute as International President.
