Jess is Senior Copy Director at Human After All, a multi-discipline design agency. She believes that copy, design and strategy work best when they work in partnership — not in silos.
She started her career at brand language consultancy, The Writer, in 2013 — working as a consultant, writer, trainer and namer. Since then, she's specialised in tone of voice and bringing warmth and clarity to comms for brands like Coutts, Sainsbury's and Magnum.
Over the last few years, she's expanded her expertise to leading brand strategy work and partnering with designers to create holistic brands and communications for organisations like HBO, Climate Group and Google.
