Hello, hello from afar (jk), sort of. I’m Tulsha, but you can think of me as Toolshop (because I’m resourceful, I like to think). I’ve been lucky enough to win a few awards (and learn a lot), such as D&AD, New Generation, Bookmark, Assegai Integrated Marketing Awards, and Loeries. I also made the Loeries Top 30 Copywriters in Africa and the Middle East 2022.
Before getting into agency work, I took a journalistic approach, writing for a fancy SA magazine—it was not about the money, but about being that 'it girl' in the early 2000 movies who worked at a magazine.
Prior to that, I was fortunate enough to design and create light fixtures for Nando’s restaurants internationally as their Youngest Hot Young Designer 2015 (omg, that was 9 years ago). I’m gonna have a meltdown. No, I’m not. I am.
