"Astronauts are overrated, I want to be the guy who writes jingles for vaccination programmes." This was the exact thought that made advertising, my childhood dream. Which is why, I graduated with a Bachelor's in Mass Media and straight jumped into a job as a copywriter at Grey Worldwide (Mumbai), where I worked on 13 stellar brands which included Gillette, Nutella, Kinder Joy, Indian Army and many more. After an 18-month stint, when I had collected enough in my PF account to study further, I joined Miami Ad School to extend my fading youth. And luckily this gamble also bagged me 13 humble awards in less than 18 months. I also happen to be a somewhat decent stand up comedian and have been featured on Comedy Central India for my half-relatable humor. I am currently interning at Saatchi New York and will be going to Ogilvy NYC next to continue my streak of unpaid internships.
