Eric Amaral Rohter is Founder & Creative Director at Larssen & Amaral —a Norwegian-American design consultancy offering fully-integrated design services in branding, visual communication, digital and environment design.
He has over 9 years of experience from the design and communication industry in both Norway and the US, with a focus in branding. He has worked with clients such as TV2, Siemens, Scandic, Plantasjen, Bergens Tidende, Festspillene i Bergen, Devold of Norway, Adobe, Disney and General Electric. Originally from the U.S., Eric approaches design with a global perspective. He has lived and worked in Norway for over 5 years.
Eric was recently named one of the Art Directors Club “Young Guns”, and Print Magazine’s “New Visual Artists”. His work has received international recognition from distinguished publications, organisations, and competitions, including Cannes (winning Grand Prix in Design at Cannes 2014), Art Directors Club, The One Show, European Design Awards, Norwegian Design Council’s Award for Design Excellence, Visuelt, and Gullblyanten, Type Directors Club, Society of Publication Designers, HOW International, Print Magazine, and Communication Arts.
