After working at Saatchi & Saatchi, Y&R, McCann, BSUR, DDB, TBWA, BBDO and 60 layer of cake (In Tokyo, Cape Town and Moscow) Rodger joined Havas World Wide Amsterdam to become their CCO in 2013.
Over the years he was happy to win some national and international awards, among them 5 Cannes Lions, and in 1999 a Pencil while working at BSUR.
He is 46 years old, father of 2 boys, and started to work in advertising in 1989.
He started as an assistant Art Director for Wim Ubachs and Pieter van Velzen and from there he worked his way up to where he is now.
Becoming a regional, European or Global CCO is the next stop on the ambition ladder.
