Oleg has a strong background in art direction, digital creativity, and IT. As a digital art director, he formed part of the world’s best-known creative agencies such as Wunderman Thompson Moscow, Isobar Moscow, Leo Burnett Moscow, BBDO Proximity Moscow, Unit9 London.
In 2017, Oleg founded Mate and Mate, a creative boutique based in London that searches for perfection in the details and applies this consideration to all manners of systems including user experiences, visual identities, and graphic production.
Oleg considers himself a utopian dreamer, a romantic engineer. He sees creativity as a tool to make the world a more comfortable, safe, and happy place for everyone. He believes that powerful ideas can spotlight the needs of different groups of people and trigger important social changes. Oleg likes to draw a parallel between the ad industry and engineering. Just as engineering, creativity should focus on finding solutions to agelong problems and emerging challenges. Oleg believes that technology and empathy working hand in hand create meaningful vibrations in people’s hearts serving both brands and humanity.
Oleg is a multiple award winner including Cannes Lions, London Design Awards, ADC, Golden Hummer, Golden Drum.
