As BBC Cymru Wales’ Creative Director Jo is responsible for driving digital innovation across the business as well as winning new commissions. A crucial element of Jo’s role is to lead cross-genre digital development across TV, Radio, Online and Mobile platforms.
Jo joined BBC Cymru Wales in 2002 as an Interactive TV Producer after working for Carlton Television as a New Media Executive. In 2006 became an Executive Producer and took on the responsibility for managing a number of high profile brands across evolving digital platforms such as social and iPlayer. To date, these projects range from dramas such as Doctor Who and Sherlock to factual projects such as Human Planet, Last Chance to See and Crimewatch.
Jo is passionate about digital production and the ability it gives content makers to tell stories in different ways.
