Kathryn Shannon Sim has worked with people from diverse professional settings as an Educator, Copywriter, Editor, Writer, Journalist and Designer in her much-decorated work experience.
Throughout her illustrated 10 years of teaching, many of her students have gone on to become successful in their career endeavours. Their achievements have validated her pedagogical philosophy and related ideas for educating students to become agents of transformative change in their role as creative individuals.
At present, Shannon is the Lecturer-in-Charge of Diploma Design Communication programme at LASALLE College of the Arts, Singapore. She also undertakes teaching of Diploma Design Communication, BA(Hons) Design Communication, as well as BA(Hons) Fashion Media and Industries in the College.
