Vanessa Welham is co-founder of London based multi-disciplinary agency No Chiefs. Her extensive brand and commercial experience in advertising has come from working with a diverse range of multimedia lifestyle publishers including Conde Nast and The Telegraph.
Driving and supporting the commercial vision and growth of the business, Vanessa oversees and guides the delivery of our client's campaigns. Our core mission is the nurturing of collaborative relationships with our inspiring network of young creatives which means we continue to be at the forefront of creating the most impactful content style and conversations for our clients campaigns.
Continuing our mission to support the next generation of young creatives, in 2018 Vanessa worked to create and launch our youth insight consultancy Cultural Conversations. This new addition to the No Chiefs platforms prioritises the inclusion and future success of young people in the business of youth insight. Giving them a voice and opportunity to help build their future in collaboration with the brands and organisations that will serve them. Across the network our work supports brands as they find their cultural voice and truly understand their relevance to the next generation.
