Mark Hurst is a Designer, Writer, Art Director and Filmmaker who started life at the Chase before spending 20 years in advertising working in some of the best shops in London. His unconventional design background led to famous campaigns for Magnum, Levi’s and ‘There’s Latin Spirit in Everyone’ for Bacardi Breezer.
He was responsible for Wickes 'It's got our name on it', Swiftcover's 'Get a life', 'We can be bothered' by Simplyhealth and Alpro's 'Enjoy Plant Power'. He made Iggy Pop the nation’s favourite insurance salesman, created Wickesy the dog, a 50ft Mel B playing Costabingo in the London landscape and a teeny tiny Verne Troyer as ‘The Boss’ inside Bgo.com casino.
Today he’s running the Chase in London with the emphasis on brand fame; impacting popular culture.
He likes populist work that makes people do something.
