The Behaviours Agency is a creative agency that uses behavioural science to develop impactful ideas that grow retailers and brands. We call it:

Over 13 years ago set up The Behaviours Agency with Sue Benson. It's amazing what effect a lunch in John Lewis does for you. over the years we've worked on some great brands including Sharps, Silentnight , AI, Bradstone, Jamie Oliver, New Balance, Nike, Medised, G Plan, Earex, Britax, Gh Sheldons and lots of lovely brands we are starting a relationship now with.

Prior to that I spent 15 years at McCann - Erickson Manchester , Starting from a Junior Designer and leading to being a Design Director. Whilst at McCanns worked on some great brands like Coca-Cola, Clarks, Durex, Scholl, Bacardi, Resolve and many more. Across many disciplines, from designing a brand identity, packaging, POS to art directing a TV shoot. Winning a raft of awards including New York Festivals, Epica, Roses Creative awards and last year finally getting into teh Creativepool Annual.
Career highlights would include having to design the tour kit for Prince or 'Symbol' as he was called then, every single piece of design from tour jackets to pin badges sold across Europe, which then led me into designing merchandise for Coca-Cola across Europe.
