Having a background as a successful creative director and design consultant for brands like V&A, Conde Nasté and FT, I am well-versed in problem solving, framing a creative brief and understanding user/client needs. This approach is what I bring to all clients, whether professionals in the corporate or creative agencies or start-ups. As a Professional Development Coach I work interactively with people & businesses to help them meet new challenges, build leadership skills, change behaviours, develop client or work relationships and generate more innovative thinking & actions.
My approach includes NLP Coaching and Design Thinking skills. The Inner Game concepts and Carl Rogers client-centered ideas also influence my work.
