Ann Wixley joined media agency OMD UK in November 2012 as the agency’s first Creative Director.
Her remit is to shape and stretch the agency’s creative output, creating ideas that earn OMD UK’s clients a greater share of people’s lives.
Ann’s focus on creativity in media started in 2003 when she founded a new non-traditional ideas division for WPP’s Nota Bene South Africa.
She pioneered the role at MEC after moving to the UK in 2007, winning an IPA Grand Prix for Effectiveness and Silver Cannes Media Lion.
Ann’s ultimate vision is to help redefine the role media plays in the marketing industry and champion the craft and value of creative in media.
