She started her career in 2000 at Ogilvy in Delhi moving on to Mumbai in 2004.

In 2007, she won a Cannes bronze in Direct.

In end 2007, she moved to Leagas Delaney, Prague to work on Skoda for the European market for hands on experience and exposure of a global brand.

In 2009, she moved back and started work at Lowe Lintas. Through six years working across brands in the Levers portfolio and projects and pitches with different team leaders across Bangalore, Delhi and Colombo offices gave her an immense opportunity to grow within the organization.

In 2014, part of Lifebuoy team that won the Cannes silver in film.

She was hand picked to be part of the team to branch out with Mullen Lintas, MLLG’s second agency, that was re launched in 2015.

Spearheading the Creative lead as the Executive Creative Director for the Mumbai Branch for Mullen Lintas, the mandate was to create work that grabbed eyeballs.

Mullen Lintas debuted in Brand Equity’s Agency Reckoner at no. 7 in its very second year.

In Jan 2019, she was promoted to Chief Creative Officer for Mullen Lintas, India, a triple promotion for her. Her strength has been the strategic tie in to the creativity for the brand.

Aside of continuing to groom the lean but fierce creative teams at Mullen Lintas, and work for the legacy of a very young agency that has already made history to live upto, the company has also grown this year adding business worth >30% the size of the agency, making it Mullen’s best year in new business wins ever, with 10 wins in 2019.

This was the year Mullen Lowe Lintas Group moved to a consolidated new address in BKC. She designed the new office space, with a keen interest in visual identity and attention to detail.

The year she also represented the organization at various panels, juries and forums.
She was on Spikes young jury, 2017.

She has been judging AAAI in India, 2 years in a row.

She was amongst the Jury on the launch of Facebook’s Thumbstoppers, where the Indian industry’s stalwarts were invited on the panel to launch the company’s initiative of creating short format content

In 2019, she was part of the Shortlisting Jury for Cannes Films, and is nominated to represent India again for the Glass Lions.

She was also a part of the grand Jury for Gerety Awards 2020, One show Kyoorius awards and TOI’s Power of Print.
