Sarah has worked for more than 20 years at agencies in both Melbourne and London including Dentsu Creative, Leo Burnett, cummins&partners, Karmarama, Y&R and Grey London.
Over her career she’s worked with some of the world’s best-loved brands including Honda, Bonds, Nintendo, 7-Eleven, Virgin, Kmart, L’Oreal, The Iconic, Tourism Western Australia, Transplant Australia and Marriage Equality.
Sarah a founding member of The Aunties, a mentoring and events program for women in the creative industry and is a previous winner of both Campaign and Creative of the Year at the B&T Women in Media Awards. Her work has also been recognised at every major award show including Cannes, D&AD, The Clios, Adfest, Spikes, The Webbys, The Effies, The One Show, New York Festivals, London International and Award, to name a few.
She has been part of the jury for The One Show, London International Awards, Cannes Lions, The Immortal Awards, Cannes Young Lions, Adfest, The Gerety Awards, Shots, Spikes Asia, B&T 30 under 30, B&T Women in Media and Award.
An industry leader, Sarah is the first Melbourne-based member to join the Award Council and was Victorian Head of Award School, Australia's preeminent course for aspiring creatives, for three years. She gives back to the creative community in a number of ways, most recently via London International’s LIAsions, The RMIT Professional Advisory Committee, The MADC Committee, Award School Legendary Lessons and various mentoring programs. She has also been a speaker at This Way Up, Behance, The Communication Council’s Foundation Series, Gerety Talks and Copy School.
And she was recently nominated for Creative Leader of the Year by CreativePool.
When she’s not working Sarah is Mum to Wyn aged 9, and believes that being a parent makes you a better creative – "It makes you more efficient, ambitious and gives you a real sense of perspective.”
