Rachel has a unique ability to unearth customer insights that transform strategic thinking. Working in a highly collaborative agile way, she pushes the boundaries to rapidly develop breakthrough solutions for WAE’s global clients.
She has worked client-side and in consultancy for the past 12 years gathering a wealth of knowledge on UX best practice with clients including HSBC, Transport for London (TfL), Zurich, BT, Unilever, Barclays, the Metropolitan Police and Blackrock.
Prior to joining WAE Rachel worked with Samsung Design Europe as UX Research Manager leading insight for Europe and Asia, and for Kinneir Dufort where she worked with various well-known household brands such as Nestle.
A specialist in qualitative research, Rachel has extensive experience to create and deploy new initiatives and methodologies that connect with consumers on all levels and on a diverse range of project typologies. She passionately believes that the foundation to create great ideas, and future proofed product and services, is to study and understand human behaviour.
