At 42, Guilherme was the Executive Creative Director at Leo Burnett Tailor Made (São Paulo).

He's worked at some of the major agencies in Brazil, including F/ NazcaS&S, AlmapBBDO, Publicis Brasil and DDB Brasil. In his 20-year career, he's worked with clients including Fiat, Volkswagen, Audi, Honda, AMBEV/IMBEV, Havaianas, P&G, Brazilian Postal Service, Brazil Kirin Beverages, Samsung, Mackenzie University, Jeep and Chrysler.

Throughout Guilherme's career he's received many prestigious awards from National and International Festivals, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, ADC, London Awards, Clio, NY Festivals, Andy, FIAP, El OJO de IberoAmerica, Wave Festival, Brazilian Creative Annual.

He's also been a juror at Clio, El Ojo, FIAP, CCSP, Wave, and other festivals.

In 2009 he helped DDB Brazil to become the Cannes Festival Agency of the Year. At Leo Burnett, he helped create one of 2012/13's most awarded Campaigns in the World (‘My blood is Red and Black’).
