Canay Atalay is a business leader with global experience in digital disruption and business transformation. Her expertise span: running companies in service design consultancy and digital industries, business development, managing the studio’s P&L, marketing, talent recruitment and management. Canay provides business design consultancy to corporate companies, start ups and foundations about digital strategy, design thinking, applied innovation, engagement leadership and solving business problems through design and human centric approach.
Most recently, she was the country leader of Fjord Design & Innovation by Accenture Interactive, who specialises in digital business transformation through customer centric methodologies. She has lead a studio with more than 20 strategists & designers from 5 countries, for media, telecoms, media, retail and finance clients.
Before joining Fjord she was a partner and CMO in a holding company, which became the second fastest growing Telecoms Company in the EMEA region. Her focus was on: partnership development & management, focusing on newly emerging digital spaces. Like creating the multi-award winning loyalty program for Turkcell to engage with youth audience through digital to physical experiences, global partnerships & gamification, growing into 18 mio members.
She holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Bosphorus University.

• Speaker in the European Parliament about “Digitalization & Democracy” in 2011 and lecturer on “digital marketing” and “social media for politics” at universities in Turkey.
• Youngest product manager in the Turkish pharmaceutical industry, leading products for young women.
