Katja works in advertising since more than 20 years for big agencies and networks like FCB, DDB, Publicis. She loves the speed our business is changing and she's keen not only to keep up but to accelerate processes. She is intrigued to come up and to support great ideas as well as to develop best daily business solutions. But most of all she's passionated with the development of brands in a whole. Thats why she deep dives into the strategic as well as in the creative process. Because close the gap between strategic planning and creative conception will automatically lead to more impactful communication and therefore to successful campaigns and brands. Talking about success – she won several awards and has worked as a judge for some of the most important creative awards.
And she supports women in our business – because gender equality is still more difficult to reach than the so called “glas ceiling”.
