Will graduated from Central Saint Martins in 2003 and was awarded the inaugural Diageo Scholarship; a year-long paid placement at three of London’s top agencies. This led to a permanent position at BBH London and a desk across the corridor from the legendary Sir John Hegarty. The following year he and his partner, Victoria Daltrey, were named Campaign Magazine’s No1 UK Young Creative Team and went on to create work for Levi’s, Audi, St John Ambulance and British Airways, picking up awards including a D&AD yellow pencil.
A stint at Colenso BBDO in New Zealand followed, where he honed his craft under ECD Nick Worthington and made award-winning work in more diverse channels, such as building a giant pinball skate park for Mountain Dew.
Today he can be found at Mother London where he's a CD on KFC and Stella Artois, still sitting next to Victoria Daltrey.
