Jamie Starbuck started his career in 2004 at Beattie McGuinness Bungay having joined there from the Watford Ad Course. During his time at the agency it grew from just 10 people into 120, working on brands such as Carling, Ikea and Thomson.

He left BMB in 2010 to work at Rainey Kelly, before joining Grey London in 2013, where he teamed up with Lex Down. The pair of them have since worked on award winning campaigns for the Times and HSBC, as well as creative directing on Scope and most recently Jacobs Crackers. They've also developed a role as creative guardians of young talent at Grey.
