Michael joined Virgin Atlantic back in January 2018 as their Head of Creative and Design. Acting as an overall brand custodian, he owns the evolution of visual identity and tone of voice across all channels. As the Executive Creative Director for the in-house agency, he heads up a talented team of creatives. He's responsible for establishing the global creative vision, identifying and capitalizing on design trends to continually enrich the brand and differentiate from other airlines.
Before Virgin Atlantic, Michael worked in creative positions at Ted Baker, Liberty London, i-D Magazine, and Vice Media.
