Elle Ginter is a New York City based director with a background in scriptwriting and commercial art direction. Elle is passionate about shaping messages to add insight into today's culture and seeks to use film to give a voice to those who may not be able to speak for themselves. Her stories and characters reveal conflicting emotions and quiet bravado, conveying as much through internal monologues as through drama and abnormalities. She stylistically blends the documentary and narrative worlds. Elle was recently selected as one of thirteen directors worldwide for the DGA and AICP's Commercial Directors Diversity Program screened at the DGA theater in LA and one of thirty emerging directors worldwide for SHOOT’s 14th Annual New Directors Showcase, screened at the DGA theater in NYC.
