As a Design Director, Tom works on all stages of the product development process. He has particular experience in the early stages of the proposition design process; involving leading design research, prototyping and customer validation, for companies such as Ascential (in the retailer/supplier space), Skype, Expedia and Carlsberg. He has extensive experience prototyping new processes and workflows for a range of clients, such as the BBC politics news team, ITV and Oxford Nanopore Technologies, introducing organisations to new ways of working, influencing the way teams collaborate and redefining the content they produce. His role often includes coaching to expand client capabilities in customer insights, agile and lean processes and product design.
