I've spent over 20 years in Marketing specialising in recruitment, employee engagement and talent attraction. I've worked with and for many organisations including most recently Rolls-Royce, Shell and the British Army (via Capita). My experience covers everything from retail strategy through to brand development, integrated ATL campaigns, (TV, VOD, Digital, OOH) as well as social media and influencer marketing.
In my own time, I'm a qualified Interior Designer and love Art so can often be found buying fabric, developing mood boards and exploring independent art shops.
