Lisa De Bonis was born in the US, raised in Italy, and educated in the UK. She started her career in Paris working for BDDP&Fils (TBWA). She then joined Mother as a lead strategist and was instrumental in ground-breaking campaigns for Orange. She also led the strategic direction on global brands including Coke, Miller Genuine Draught, Jameson & Egg Credit Cards.
In 2007 she took the plunge and joined digital creative start up Work Club as Strategy Partner. Over the following 8 years, Lisa was instrumental in driving the agency’s growth and creative reputation landing Work Club Campaign’s Digital Agency of the Year in 2012.
In 2014, Work Club became part of Havas London and Lisa took on the role of Executive Digital Director. Over the past 2 years she has been focused on integrating digital thinking and culture across the agency in order to deliver modern, effective marketing ideas that drive client growth.
Today, Lisa is member of the Executive Leadership team for Havas London and the UK Havas Village (across creative, media, data, tech). She is also the Global Strategy Partner on GSK’s consumer healthcare business responsible for driving the strategic, creative and operational vision for all things digital, content and innovation across GSK’s 5 categories and Havas’ global network.
