Hiten is the 'Creative Director - Design' at RAPP. With 18 years’ experience, he specialises in design for print and directs integrated projects. Hiten’s previous and present clients include Virgin Media, Mercedes-Benz, American Express, British Airways, BT, IBM and Inmarsat. Hiten has 40 design awards to my name, including a D&AD Pencil, Cannes shortlists and numerous DMA awards. His typography work for Dishoom has been featured in Creative Review and The London Design Festival. A self-initiated team building project for Pantone led to recognition on design blogs such as Design Boom and Fubiz. His work was shortlisted from over 100 designs and showcased at City Hall as part of an initiative led by London mayor Sadiq Khan called #LondonIsOpen. Hiten has judged an array of awards shows, from the D&AD New Blood Awards to The Creative Circle Awards, The Scottish Design Awards and The Chip Shop Awards. He is an advocate for craft and committed to broadening the scope of dialogue within the wider creative business community. In August 2016, Hiten co-wrote an article with his brothers about diversity and how to promote it in the creative industry. The article was published by Campaign, becoming the 5th most read article that week.
