Emma has over 25 years experience in design, advertising and in-house creative arenas, creating and collaborating with top creative and strategic innovators.

Brands Emma has worked with include Camelot (The National Lottery), CNN, Nestle, Disney, Associated British Foods, Habitat and the O&CC Group. Within fashion Emma has worked across the portfolio of brands within The Arcadia Group include Topshop | Topman, Burtons and Dorothy Perkins. Emma has also worked across key client-agency integration initiatives with both Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO and adam&eve DBB.

She currently leads the Communities Pillar at award-winning global EDI and social impact consultancy CreativeEquals.org, striving to make positive change in the world.  

Emma’s motivation lies deeply in mentoring and coaching new emerging talent from full and diverse backgrounds and is passionate about closing up the education gap. For over 3 years she’s been proud to be a visiting lecturer at UOH (Hertfordshire of University).

Her industry engagement includes collaborating and judging D&AD New Blood, Creative Circle Awards and Advisory board member of Creative Equals - creativeequals.org.
