Caroline Pay is Chief Creative Officer at Headspace, where she oversees the creative output across all touchpoints from advertising to social, content creation to brand experiences and social impact.

Prior to joining Headspace, Pay was the Co-Chief Creative Officer at Grey London where she created award-winning work for the United Nations and the Metropolitan Police. Before joining Grey, she was Deputy Executive Creative Director at BBH London where she spearheaded the turn-around of Tesco, the UK’s largest retailer.

Pay began her career at ad agency Mother London, where she led award-winning work for brands including Coca-Cola and Amnesty International. Pay also did a stint at Wieden+Kennedy to develop the firm’s first global campaign for Honda. In addition, Pay affected change in the advertising industry’s diversity agenda with her key involvement in “The Great British Diversity Experiment,” “The 3% Conference,” “SheSays,” and “Cream,” among other platforms.
