Tey is VP of Design at global management consultancy McKinsey & Company. He leads teams of service designers, UXers, visual designers, marketeers and strategy consultants helping organisations large and small harness design to solve complex problems and capture untapped opportunites.
With over 15 years of industry experience across 5 continents, Tey has honed his craft at digital agencies, startups, and as an in-house Product and Interaction Designer. He was previously UX Design Lead at MING Labs in Berlin, and Lead Designer at Micros|Oracle in London.
He specialises in experience strategy, UX, data-driven design and digital product design, and is passionate about creating engaging, meaningful experiences that enact positive behaviour change.
