With over 15 years in the audiovisual industry, Virginia Saldaño is the Group Creative Director focused on Post Production at R/GA Buenos Aires. Leading a talented team of 2D and 3D animators, illustrators, and video editors, she brings together creative vision and meticulous execution to produce editorial content and animations for both local and global clients.
Originally from Rosario, Argentina, Virginia completed the full coursework in Journalism and Social Communication at Universidad Católica Argentina and in Audiovisual Production and Direction at Universidad Abierta Interamericana. Her academic foundation in journalism and audiovisual media has deeply informed her multifaceted approach to creative production, which she brings to her role as Group Creative Director at R/GA.
Her career spans multiple roles in audiovisual media and advertising, including leading the Production and Post Production team at TKM, one of the region’s first streaming platforms, under the Vi-Da + Infobae Group. She later expanded her expertise internationally at Conway +, working on high-profile global accounts from their Buenos Aires office.
Virginia’s passion for the craft is reflected in her belief in effort, teamwork, and the value of doing one’s best on every project. She finds the greatest reward in work done well, especially when it aligns with her love for the industry. Her personal works have been showcased at international film festivals in New York, Los Angeles, London, and Berlin. Since joining R/GA in 2016, she has collaborated with brands like Cerveza Patagonia, Nike, ESPN, Airbnb, Google and Verizon, strengthening collaboration and workflow across R/GA's global network.
