Hi! My name is Kai Lutterodt. I'm passionate about sharing diverse narratives which lead me to set up Diversity Matters - a platform which works to support organisations create inclusive and productive work spaces. We lead with race equality agendas - an area often over looked due to discomfort of discussing 'race'. I address those uncomfortable conversations through the workshops and trainings I organise.
Other platforms I've founded include "Let's do Lunch Network" which connects women with a common goal to network, share and empower each other... Food often helps! (www.letsdolunch.network)
In October 2017 I started working on a new children's book series to address the lack of diversity in children's literature and learning resources. 'Travelmaking Kai' is a about a little black girl who travels the world learning about different cultures which reflects the city she lives in - London.
My creative projects all interlink with a common goal of creating inclusive spaces, addressing representation, and encouraging creativity to enhance innovation.
