Rob is the Head of Design Research at Barclays bank. He leads a team of researchers, delivering key customer insights to product teams creating award winning digital experiences for over 25 million Barclays customers.
He is passionate about putting customers first, championing user-centred design thinking and practice; while building digital experiences to help transform the second oldest brand in the UK. He has led multiple design teams at Barclays, working across many different products and services and building the Barclays internal design system.
He has over 20 years commercial experience, delivering compelling customer focused digital experiences for major brands across global markets, prior to Barclays, he lead international design teams at Nokia and Microsoft
