Hi! I'm Rachel, a user centered designer based in London working in the digital sector. I've been doing it for 6 years so far and before that I was a Service Designer working in the public & Healthcare sector.
Due to an ever changing industry i've worked under many titles and responsibilities which has given me lots of experience and also some wonderful stories to tell. I care deeply about who i'm designing for so I believe asking as many questions you can to make sure what you are creating is 1. needed and 2. meaningful.
