Killian manages the Digital Design team for Nationwide Building Society. Originally from Ireland he was hired by Nationwide in 2011 to help embed a digital design culture for the world's largest building society. In that time he has been instrumental in raising the quality and profile of the Society's digital products and services, from a 5-star rated mobile banking app to launching the UK's first responsive website for Financial Services, he is currently working with the Group Innovation team.
Killian believes in putting the customer first, solving business problems through user-centred design, and is passionate about the transformational impact of technology on digital experiences and how they evolve and alter the way customers interact with business.
