Beatriz is a design leader, facilitator, and speaker with over a decade of actively working in the creative industry. She has led creative teams in building digital services for big corporations, the public sector, and start-ups in Europe, and the Americas. Currently, she works as a changemaker at Utopia, supporting global brands, such as Google, Kellogg, Spotify, Universal Music, P&G, and others to create more inclusive, healthy, and entrepreneurial cultures through insights, processes, policies, and tailor-made programs. Beatriz is also a guest lecturer and an industry leader for the prestigious digital creative school Hyper Island.
