Kutlu is Creative Director of BBC iPlayer where he leads the user experience and design team for the BBC's TV & iPlayer product across desktop, tablet, mobile and TV.
Before leading the iPlayer team, he was the Creative Director for the BBC's Global Experience Language - responsible for bringing the BBC's digital services across all platforms together into a single responsive service.
Previously, as Creative Director in BBC Global News, he led the user experience and design of 27 different BBC global news services.
