I am an Art historian and curator based in London. My main interest is photography as an expanding field, exploring connections with film, sculpture, text, sound and localised performance.

I currently work at DMB in London, running Lucidly, an international art photography project studio working with artists, private collectors and public institutions in the development of art photography projects, exhibitions and publications. I am currently art-directing and coordinating an itinerant photography exhibition for nine major museums and galleries in the United Kingdom, including the National Media Museum, Manchester Museum of Science and Industry, and the Science Museum in London.

After graduating from the Historical and Contemporary Photography MA at Sotheby’s Institute, London in 2011, I worked for commercial galleries in London, developing a programme of photography shows with national and international artists, including Ori Gersht, Luigi Ghirri, and more recently a group show of three generations of Latin American artists working with photography, identity and place. >more. In 2014 I was nominated for the Fondazione Prada and Quatar Museums’ Authority Curate Award, for a project on Latin American Art, bringing together photography, music and street art.

To complement my work as curator, I am a lecturer at the Photography programme at Middlesex University in London. I am also a regular guest speaker at Sotheby’s Institute and Photofusion in London, the University for the Creative Arts in Rochester, Grain Photography Hub in Birmingham, and the Arts University in Bournemouth. I constantly attend photography festivals in the UK and abroad as speaker, reviewer and curator, and am also a collaborator for Photomonitor and Art Nexus Magazines. I have been a nominator for the Prince Claus Award and a juror for Photolucida’s Critical Mass portfolio review.

I am currently part of the board of curators at Sala Brasil and Gallery 32 for the Brazilian Embassy in London.
